Ohio’s Electric Cooperatives President and CEO Pat O’Loughlin was one of 10 electric cooperative utility executives who participated in roundtable discussions at last month’s NRECA annual meeting in New Orleans, hosted by Public Utilities Fortnightly.
The discussion centered on the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s (FERC) Minimum Offer Price Rule, which would raise the floor price for state-subsidized power generation in PJM Interconnection.
