Electrical Essentials for Non-Electrical Employees Workshop

Description:
When questions come into your members services personnel, do they have enough understanding of your electrical distribution system to answer your members with confidence? This Electric System Workshop for Non‐Operations Personnel is a free, fun, fast‐paced 2‐hour workshop that will help certain personnel understand electric distribution systems at a deeper level. The high‐level information obtained should be useful relating to safety as well as liability concerns, conversations with members, and will result in a better overall understanding of why things on your distribution systems act the way they do. This workshop was created in response to a number of requests we’ve received since building the indoor facility.

Who should attend?
This workshop is geared toward members services personnel as well as any and all other non‐operations personnel who would like to expand their basic knowledge of the electric distribution system (or maybe would just like to see the COLT indoor training facility!).
