Congratulations to the graduates of the Leadership Edge class of 2021!

With 18 in attendance at the December 15th graduation ceremony, a total of 27 graduates, 15 from Group 1 and 12 from Group 2 successfully completed the 2021 program.
Leadership Edge includes four core classes, two electives, a capstone project, DiSC assessment, EQi personal assessment with one hour of coaching, networking socials, a graduation ceremony, and all class materials. In 2021 the two groups were split, with Group 1 for all cooperative staff and Group 2 dedicated to crew leaders with a restructured curriculum.
