The ST&LP department recently brought in Phil Kelley of Rowen Tree Services in Seattle, WA to conduct training in Ohio. Phil and Dwight visited the four Ohio cooperatives who have their own ROW crews. Pictured above is Day 4 of training at The Energy Cooperative.
Adams, Logan, and The Frontier Power Company also took part. Each cooperative had Phil’s services for a full day for whatever type of training they chose.
