Kyle is the main person responsible for initiating and setting up the partnership between COLT and West Virginia University at Parkersburg (WVUP). This came after he took advantage of AEP’s partnership with WVUP and completed his Associate of Science degree after completing AEP’s apprenticeship training. Kyle recently took his education to the next level by completing his Bachelor of Applied Science degree at WVUP. We wish Kyle Hoffman many congrats as he pulled this feat off with a demanding COLT schedule and family schedule. We are very proud of you, Kyle!
