Full group of attendees at the 2022 COLT Day
On June 9, legislators and leaders from Ohio’s electric cooperatives gathered at the Central Ohio Lineworker Training (COLT) facility in Mount Gilead to learn about COLT’s state-of-the-art programming. COLT is an elite hands-on apprentice and journeyman lineworker training program and facility, owned by Ohio’s Electric Cooperatives.
Attendees of the event explored the indoor and outdoor training facilities and learned how COLT has shaped the lives of Ohio’s lineworkers. More than 25 individuals were present during the event, including several Ohio legislators.
