Ohio electric co-ops break record in member satisfaction

Ohio’s member-owned electric cooperatives set a new record for member satisfaction this year, achieving an average score of 85.3 in the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI).

This surpasses the previous record of 84.8 set two years ago.

Ohio’s electric co-ops’ average ACSI scores routinely surpass those of investor-owned and municipal utilities, and rank competitively with revered American brands like Apple and Amazon.
