Ingredients
Burgers
  • 1/2 cups green cabbage (thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 cup shaved carrot
  • 1/2 cup shaved cucumber
  • 1/2 cup shaved daikon radish
  • 4 Tbsp. cilantro (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 tsp. ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 4 hamburger buns
Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 4 Tbsp. low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. sriracha chili sauce

Instructions
  1. To make slaw, combine vegetables, cilantro, and ½ cup rice vinegar in a small bowl. Mix well and set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine sauce ingredients and set aside. Divide meat into 4 patties and sprinkle each with coriander and garlic powder.
  3. In a medium saucepan, sear two patties at a time over medium heat. Cook thoroughly, approximately 5 minutes each side, until core temperature reaches 165 F. 
  4. Place burgers on buns and top with vegetable slaw. Spread top buns with sriracha-mayo mixture, place over burgers, and serve. Slaw can be kept for up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.
