  • 1cup green grapes(cut in half)
  • 1 10-ounce jar maraschino cherries(drained and cut in half)
  • 1 15-ounce can mandarin oranges(drained)
  • 1 20-ounce can pineapple tidbits(drained)
  • 1/2cup sour cream
  • 1cup shredded sweetened coconut
  • 1 1/2cups fruit-flavored mini marshmallows
  1. Reserve some fruit and marshmallows for garnish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together fruit. Fold in sour cream, then coconut and marshmallows. Garnish with reserved pieces. Salad can be refrigerated for up to 3 days in an air-tight container.
